After a banner day for Australian motorcycle racing at Phillip Island, re-live all the action with SPEED's Australian MotoGP Live Blog.

For the first time in history, we had Australian riders finishing on the podium in each of the three MotoGP categories.

First up was the Moto3 race, where Arthur Sissis made a pass for third at Honda Corner on the final lap, then defended the position ahead of a frantic chasing pack of several riders to cross the finish line for his first podium finish, in a race won by 2012 Moto3 world champion Sandro Cortese.

Then we turned our attention to Moto2. It was hard to top the finish of the Moto3 race but somehow they did it, Anthony West charging up in the closing laps to beat Marc Marquez to second place. Pol Espargaro won the race, but Marquez's third place was enough to see him crowned world champion.

And then the finale, Casey Stoner's MotoGP finale at Phillip Island. In front of a bumper crowd, Stoner made the fairytale come true with his sixth-straight win. Meantime, Jorge Lorenzo finished second to be crowned world champion as title rival Dani Pedrosa crashed out of an early lead.

Sunday, November 28, 2012 will forever rank as one of the greatest days in Australian motorcycle racing. So sit back and enjoy the day as-it-happened with SPEED's Live Blog of the AirAsia Australian MotoGP.
